Magnidus is a habitat design organization and provides services in urban design, infrastructure, landscape, architecture and interiors to a diverse clientele.

We believe in collaborating with other organizations, experts and associates, apart from our own team of talented and experienced individuals, depending on the nature of service sought. This enables us to cater to a large spectrum of design projects and become a singular body of consultancy.

Other than the varied nature of our services, our work also spreads across a wide spectrum of typologies, users, scales and locations. Our versatility in different fields of design helps us take a holistic approach in every process.

Meet the Team

Priyam Ballav Goswami

Graduated from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi and has worked on numerous projects of various natures, specially residential and institutional, all across the country. His areas of interest include vernacular architecture, landscape integrated built environments, disaster rehabilitation, public participatory projects and natural farming.


Aashrya Soni

Graduated from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi and has been actively associated with very large scale development projects as well as interior design for reputed organizations. With a sharp eye for good design and detailing, he believes that sensible architecture plays a very important role in the shaping of our cities, specially within the real estate industry.

Eldo-Alias

Eldo Alias

Is a Landscape Architect by profession having graduated from the Center for Environment Planning and Technology (CEPT), Ahmedabad in 2014. He has been associated with several high profile landscape projects across India and China. His fields of interest include community participative designs, contextual landscape solutions, landscape character assessments , regional landscape planning etc.

Nishant Gautam

Is an architect from SPA, Delhi. He has worked on several small and large scale projects and competitions ranging from residential, commercial, institutional and urban design.

He has an affinity towards vernacular architecture, heritage conservation and revitalising traditional arts and crafts.
